About The Position
The Curriculum Specialist at TradeWinds Services Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing skill-based curriculum for adults with intellectual disabilities. This role involves training and supporting trainers in the execution of the curriculum, as well as creating hands-on training opportunities in both center and community settings. The specialist will ensure that lesson plans are detailed and effective, while also monitoring and enhancing the curriculum based on participant outcomes.
