Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance (requires US citizenship).
• 2+ years in education/training or graphic/multimedia design.
• Bachelor's degree or additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Basic knowledge of competency-based training and learning theories with the ability to implement these concepts.
• Proficient in a series of design products such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SCORM-compliant development.
• Ability to write scripts with proper grammar and comprehend content enough to provide edits to incorrect grammar within content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a supportive team to design and produce Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products.
• Analyze training curriculum and develop basic comprehension in order to suggest areas of improvement to use such as presentations/modules, video, handouts, etc. while also modernizing curriculum.
• Use tools like Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, and Photoshop to craft multimedia content.
• Integrate images, videos, and sound into training materials while respecting copyright laws.
• Learn and grow as you work with courseware development tools and integrate assets with technologies like JSON, XML, and HTML.
