To serve as team leader for assigned grade level. They are expected to enhance the capacity of their team to work interdependently to achieve common goals for which team members hold themselves mutually accountable. Curriculum leaders are to: Prepare and utilize team norms Plan agendas Chair team meetings Serve as direct communication between team and building administrator Lead the work and submit artifacts to the building principal In addition to collaboration efforts with the team, the curriculum leader will meet monthly with the building administrator to: Review artifacts submitted through the month Review how interventions/extension programs are working at each grade level Identify/discuss proposed ideas/changes of the grade level team Report on team progress
