  • Develop and improve practical, relevant, and accurate technical curriculum for the trades to include instructor-led materials (textbooks, workbooks, PowerPoints, etc.), e-Learning, exam items, and curriculum support items.
  • Design and develop learning around company training models and best practices.
  • Utilize educational technology platforms and digital authoring tools to develop, upload, and manage curriculum.
  • Drive alignment through skillful interview and facilitation techniques to gather necessary project requirements from customers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts and review curriculum drafts throughout development.
  • Manage file structure, document versioning, and rollout process to create and publish curriculum.
  • Learn about the trade workforce, our customers, and our products and services, to include our vast library of curriculum and associated assets.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, journalism, communication, English, curriculum development, instructional design, education, or related field.
  • 4 years' relevant work experience in a field listed above.
  • Experience working in a content production environment.
  • Or 8 years' experience relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Fluency in English/Spanish/French (oral & written)
  • Proficiency with e-Learning authoring software (Articulate, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to learn and operate within organizational platforms such as Adobe Creative suite, SharePoint, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of adult learning best practices for developing curriculum and/or delivering instruction.
  • Curriculum planning or instructional design using models like ADDIE or similar.
