At TripleTen, we help people break into tech — and stay there. Our career-focused bootcamps have helped 6,000+ graduates land jobs in the industry, with an 87% employment rate. Now, we are redesigning our Software Engineering Program into an AI-powered track that blends strong engineering foundations with the tools developers actually use today. We’re looking for a Curriculum Developer to join our Curriculum Team on a 1 year contract and bring this vision to life. You’ll work alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), another Curriculum Developer (focused on Foundations), and Product team to create cutting-edge, student-ready curriculum. Along with your application, please include portfolio samples of educational content you’ve created. You may also be asked to complete a short test assignment after the Introductory Call to demonstrate your approach to writing and structuring curriculum.

  • Shape the program curriculum: define skill progression, learning outcomes, and ensure the curriculum reflects real-world software engineering and evolving job market needs.
  • Develop and refine content: lessons, projects, assessments, and supporting materials that are clear, engaging, and technically rigorous.
  • Lead advanced/AI-focused sections of the program, keeping content aligned with how AI is transforming SWE.
  • Manage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: review their drafts, ensure project-based deliverables meet instructional and industry standards, and integrate their contributions into a consistent student journey.
  • Translate SME expertise into student-ready curriculum: turn outlines and technical drafts into polished instructional materials.
  • Collaborate across teams — with other curriculum developers, designers, QA reviewers, product managers, and instructors — to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
  • Continuously improve the program: monitor student feedback, program analytics, and product updates to update and optimize content post-launch.
  • Create rubrics, reviewer notes, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation to ensure smooth delivery for students and mentors alike.
  • Professional experience in writing, teaching, or developing technical content.
  • Technical expertise: Frontend development (responsive design, accessibility, React with TypeScript).
  • Experience designing a curriculum that produces portfolio-ready assets.
  • Instructional design skills: Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, scaffolded learning objectives.
  • Full-stack development (Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs).
  • Databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB).
  • Collaboration tools (Git/GitHub, Agile practices).
  • AI curiosity: Enthusiastic about experimenting with AI in real-world developer workflows — and excited to teach students how to leverage it responsibly.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with SMEs, designers, QA reviewers, and product managers.
  • Strong written English and ability to explain technical content in a clear, engaging way.
  • Must have existing work authorization in the United States.
  • Professional experience in software engineering.
  • Technical expertise: Deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and modern DevOps practices.
  • Security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, OWASP basics).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI APIs, Lang Chain, vector databases, or agent frameworks).
  • Full Time, Remote work, on a 1 year contract.
  • Monthly payment based on core curriculum writing experience, practical teaching background, and basic knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Digital office. We use modern digital tools like Figma, Notion, Slack, etc., to keep our teamwork smooth.
  • Have the freedom to work professionally. We trust your experience and don't believe in micromanaging.
  • See concrete results from your work by measuring the percentage of students who land jobs after completing our courses.
  • Join our diverse and close-knit team. We're spread out across the US, Europe, and more.
