We are seeking a Contract Curriculum Designer to develop research-based Tier 2 and Tier 3 collections addressing critical behavioral and social-emotional challenges. This is a contract role with a defined project scope, and your work will directly impact how schools respond to and support students with intensive needs. The Contract Curriculum Designer will be responsible for designing new collections of lessons and activities for grades PK–12, with a specific focus on: Elopement – students leaving class or school without permission Resistance / Defiance – oppositional or resistant behavior toward authority Aggression – physical or verbal hostility, including fights Conflict Repair / Peer Mediation – repairing harm and restoring relationships after disputes The designer will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that equip educators with practical strategies to address these behaviors while also supporting student growth and well-being.
