About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to manage and update content using Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, Monday.com, and learning management systems.

• Experience in project coordination.
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum development and maintenance across digital platforms.
• Manage file access and content updates using various software tools.
• Coordinate meetings and document meeting notes.
• Assist with project scoping and curriculum deliverable reviews.
• Serve as a liaison between teams and external stakeholders to ensure project continuity.
• Provide project management support and source curriculum materials.
• Intake and complete internal curriculum requests.
