About The Position

The Curriculum and Content Lead is responsible for co-creating, organizing, and elevating Sagency’s intellectual property, learning experiences, and signature programs across practices. This role is a key builder and operator within Sagency, helping turn research, insights, and client work into clear frameworks, tools, and learning journeys that help leaders, teams, and organizations grow in a healthy way. The Curriculum and Content Lead partners closely with advisors, practice leads, and project managers to turn ideas and methods into high quality, repeatable content and experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker and a practical builder. In collaboration with firm leadership and advisors, they build practical and useful frameworks, models, and learning journeys to drive impact. They ensure curriculum and offerings are research-backed, usable, repeatable, and aligned with Sagency’s brand and values. They care about clarity, usefulness, and impact, and they enjoy collaborating with others to make good work even better.

Responsibilities

  • Intellectual Property and Framework Develop and continuously refine Sagency’s proprietary frameworks to drive client impact and support scalable delivery.
  • Collaborate with advisors to translate insights into clear, practical tools; conduct targeted research to inform content; and draft, organize, and maintain high-quality resources that form Sagency’s core IP library.
  • Ensure all materials are consistent, protected, well-branded, client-ready, and continually improved for clarity, usability, and effectiveness.
  • Curriculum Strategy and Program Design Across Offerings Design cohesive learning journeys that enable strong client outcomes across Sagency’s practices.
  • Lead the creation and refresh of curricula and signature programs, ensuring content aligns with desired outcomes, adult learning principles, and Sagency’s values and point of view.
  • Structure program sequences, collaborate with advisors to balance practicality and rigor, and continuously refine curricula using insights from engagements and assessments.
  • Learning Product Development Create and maintain high-impact learning assets that extend value beyond individual sessions.
  • Design and refine digital modules, guides, workbooks, job aids, and reinforcement tools, while updating or customizing materials for specific client engagements as needed.
  • Maintain a reusable, on-brand asset library and continuously improve products by incorporating client and participant feedback
  • Content Quality, Standards, and Brand Alignment Ensure all learning and advisory content meets Sagency’s quality standards and consistently reflects the firm’s brand.
  • Set and uphold standards for tone, structure, and visuals; review key deliverables for clarity, coherence, and alignment with Sagency frameworks; and collaborate with Client Delivery Program Managers and Coordinators on templates and document practices.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to advisors so their expertise is presented in a clear, polished, and client-friendly way.
  • Content Roadmap and Publications Translate Sagency’s work and insights into a focused content roadmap and external thought leadership that elevates the firm’s reputation and reach.
  • Maintain a clear roadmap informed by client demand, internal priorities, assessment data, and market trends; identify themes that should become publishable pieces; and co-create practical, insight-rich content with Sagency leaders.
  • Distill patterns from research and advisory work into compelling narratives, and partner with firm leadership and marketing to place and promote content that showcases Sagency’s frameworks and real-world impact in an accessible way for busy executives.
  • Collaboration and Enablement Equip advisors, and the firm as a whole, to effectively use and build on Sagency’s content.
  • Partner with practice leads and the Client Delivery Program Manager to anticipate needs, shape content priorities, and ensure curricula and tools are seamlessly integrated into client delivery.
  • Support advisor onboarding, create accessible guidance for finding and using resources, and foster feedback loops so insights from the field continuously strengthen Sagency’s content and Intellectual Property.
