About The Position

Dallas College is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative leader with a proven track record of enhancing academic quality, leadership excellence, and student success in a dynamic higher education environment. The Curriculum, Catalog and Credentialing Operations Manager implements curriculum and faculty credentialing workflow processes for the institution. Oversees activity related to college curriculum changes, utilizing curriculum and catalog technology and/or software. Assists Curriculum Committees and School Review Committees with academic program planning and proposals. Manages submission of new program proposals. Conducts trainings with Curriculum Committees and School Review Committees across the institution.

  • Knowledge and experience with web technologies/platforms.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Current and valid Texas driver’s license required.
  • Will be subject to a criminal background check.
  • Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.
  • Position requires regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing program initiation, program change, program review, and program elimination activities.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to curriculum and faculty credentialing activity.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the faculty credentialing workflow and process.
  • Collaborates with all levels of the organization to effectively communicate faculty credentialing initiatives, issues, and duties.
  • Works closely with other divisions across the institution and curriculum and catalog technology representatives to ensure seamless support of all curriculum processes.
  • Works closely with faculty and faculty leadership on ensuring that faculty are informed about curriculum process and workflow.
  • Summarizes findings, writes reports, and presents results to administration and other internal/external stakeholders.
  • Serves on College taskforces, committees, and councils as required.
  • Completes required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
