You will guide the development of engaging curriculum that meets industry standards and exceeds customer expectations, while shaping product decisions through strategic collaboration with writers, resource groups, and partners. In this role, you will manage budgets, prepare polished communications, and stay ahead of industry trends. You will also represent WebCE at forums and conferences, showcasing our commitment to excellence. Your expertise in online learning technologies will help expand our course catalog, ensuring it remains fresh and relevant for adult learners. Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10 Years industry experience in Life and Health Insurance Industry
  • 7-10 Years experience writing and developing adult learner education programs
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
