TH Construction Group in New Windsor, NY, is a full-service Home Remodeling Company specializing in outside construction of roofs, sidings, windows, doors, gutters, and decks since 1999. Due to the increasing demand for construction in our area, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face sales presentations to potential customers.
• Close sales effectively and efficiently.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Attend weekly training sessions and participate in leadership development opportunities.

Requirements

• Reliable and driven individual with a strong desire to learn.
• Experience in one-on-one, face-to-face closing.
• Highly effective communication skills.
