About The Position

Curling Instructors execute and teach curling events under the direction of the Guest Experience Manager and the Lead Curling Instructor, with a goal of providing the best possible customer service experience for all participants and other team members.

Requirements

• Must be available for a variety of hours, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, cold environments and multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to adapt and work with people of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ice for curling events including pebbling, cleaning and nipping the ice.
• Assists with set up and breakdown of curling events, ensuring all equipment is put in proper placements on and off the ice.
• Teaches basic knowledge of rules, safety, etiquette, and game play.
• Provide stellar customer service to guests on and off ice, with a goal to create a fun-filled atmosphere.
• Assists in the completion and submission of incident reports as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
