About The Position

Curling Instructors execute and teach curling events under the direction of the Guest Experience Manager and the Lead Curling Instructor, with a goal of providing the best possible customer service experience for all participants and other team members.

Requirements

• Must be availabile for a variety of hours, weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have strong communication skills, be detailed and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, cold environments and multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to adapt and work with people of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of ice for league or general play. Pebbling, cleaning, nipping the ice.
• Assists with set up and breakdown, ensuring all equipment is put in proper placements on and off the ice.
• Teach basic knowledge of rules, safety, etiquette, and game play.
• Provide stellar customer service to guests on and off ice.
• Ensuring that all reports- incident, accident, etc are filled out and turned in.
• Other duties as assigned.
