About The Position
The position involves upholding and adhering to the Hotel Emma Core Values and Purpose of Being. The employee is expected to proactively welcome all guests with a smile and genuine care for their Hotel Emma experience. Responsibilities include following procedures related to sales processing, managing shop inventory, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a house bank. The employee must communicate pertinent information to the Retail Supervisor and comply with all company policies and procedures.
