Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Strong Basic math skills required
Computer Savvy – Will be using Excel, Asset Track and SAP
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to work with chemicals under OSHA guidelines
Ability to work collaboratively with production and QA teams
Physical ability to meet lifting requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure HACCP, GMPs, PPE requirements, and facility procedures are followed at all times
Follow detailed instructions for tank preparation and chemical handling
Train to safely work with chemicals in compliance with OSHA regulations
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) to test finished product lots and qualify products
Unload trucks and handle incoming raw materials
Operate equipment used to mix, band, package, and palletize products
Verify product quality and ensure machines are running smoothly
Use math skills to accurately measure, weigh, and confirm ingredient amounts
Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment sterilization
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform Dry Goods Inventory Audits
Lift 50–75 lbs independently and 120–200 lbs in team lifts
