About The Position

The TOGO/Curbside team member is responsible for running our Curbside area. Curbside is a very important station in the restaurant. It requires someone who has great attention to detail ot make sure everything the guest ordered gets in their togo bag. We only have one chance to get a togo order right. It is crucial that the guest gets their extra honey mustard, no pickles etc. The curbside team member is also responsible for taking as many togo orders as possible. This requires answering the phone before the third ring and having a friendly voice when taking the order. Another responsibility is running the order out to the guest. We aim for a one-minute greet on all togo orders. Curbside team members make $7.25 plus tips. Prior experience as food expo, server jobs very desirable.
