As a Curbside Lead, you’ll help create a smooth, friendly, and reliable experience for every online guest. You’ll support daily eCommerce operations, guide the curbside team, and make sure orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with care. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working with people, and helping a team deliver service that feels easy and welcoming for our guests. What You’ll Do Lead by example by delivering online orders to guests’ vehicles with friendly, professional service. Safely load groceries into guest vehicles, handling all items with care. Troubleshoot order issues and resolve guest concerns quickly and thoughtfully. Support daily eCommerce operations to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient curbside staging area. Communicate regularly with store leadership to share feedback and align on priorities. Support the front end during slower curbside periods by assisting with cashiering and guest transactions. Accurately scan and process items using the POS system, including produce and non-scannable items. Handle various forms of payment while maintaining cash drawer accuracy and security. Assist guests in finding items, answering questions, and escalating concerns when needed. Reinforce Coborn’s guest service standards and support a positive, team-focused environment.
