About The Position
The Curator (Data Preservation Technician) at Montana Technological University is responsible for evaluating, organizing, scanning, digitally restoring, and adding complex historical mining- and geology-related information to the Montana Bureau of Mines and Geology's Data Preservation repositories. This role involves working under the supervision of the Data Preservation team to ensure accurate digitization and cataloging of historical data, while also providing guidance to student employees.
