About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Position Overview This role is responsible for the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of clinical application systems supporting cardiology service lines. The analyst serves as the primary application expert and support contact, working closely with clinical stakeholders to ensure systems align with clinical workflows, documentation requirements, and practice standards.

Requirements

  • Strong Epic Cupid experience, including both implementation and ongoing application support.
  • Epic Radiant experience with ability to support on-call rotation for both Cupid and Radiant applications.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting clinical workflows within cardiology service lines.
  • Ability to independently manage medium-sized projects orponents of large,plex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellentmunication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, IT staff, and leadership.
  • Epic Cupid Certification (required).
  • Epic Radiant Certification (required)
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping users adopt technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, clinical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clinical users.
  • Analyze and document clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and system requirements.
  • Partner with clinicians to develop or adapt protocols and workflows.
  • Prepare detailed specifications including clinical processes, information flow, risk, and impact analysis.
  • Support system maintenance, issue resolution, and optimization.
  • Configure, build, install, and maintain clinical applications under the direction of a Team Lead or Manager.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues during projects and operational support.
  • Analyze workflows and operational requirements to ensure optimal system configuration.
  • Perform detailed investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality.
  • Analyze new application releases to determine workflow and configuration impacts.
  • Build and maintain databases and tables during system configuration.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and conversion data verification.
  • Develop and maintain internal procedures and change control documentation.
  • Create user training materials and deliver end-user training.
  • Provide 7x24 on-call support during training, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations
