About The Position

The position involves providing personalized, exceptional guest service to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy. The role requires maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance, demonstrating proper personal hygiene and food safety practices, and consistently delivering excellent guest service and hospitality. Team members are expected to assist guests with product knowledge and promotional information, handle guest comments courteously, and follow company safety standards at all times. The job also includes performing primary and secondary responsibilities accurately and timely, answering the telephone professionally, and preparing quality products while maintaining portion control and presentation within service goal times. Team members are required to attend all team member meetings.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
• Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently.
• Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
• Follows restaurant policy on attendance and respectful conduct of team members.
• Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information accurately.
• Follows company safety standards at all times.
• Demonstrates proper food safety practices by completing the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
• Handles guest comments promptly and courteously.
• Performs primary position responsibilities timely and accurately.
• Performs secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately after primary duties are accomplished.
• Performs back-up support accurately and timely after secondary responsibilities are accomplished.
• Assists with odd job responsibilities upon manager on duty request.
• Answers the telephone courteously and professionally within three rings.
• Prepares quality products while maintaining portion control and presentation within service goal times.
• Attends all team member meetings.
