The position involves providing personalized, exceptional guest service to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy. The role requires maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance, demonstrating proper personal hygiene and food safety practices, and consistently providing excellent guest service and hospitality. Team members are expected to assist guests with product knowledge and promotional information, handle guest comments promptly, and follow company safety standards at all times. Additionally, team members will perform various responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, including answering the telephone courteously and preparing quality products while maintaining portion control and presentation within service goal times.
