Opportunity Summary: The Culture and Admin Support Specialist reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience and Culture, the Culture Specialist maintains and evolves Anderson-DuBose’s culture by overseeing, and executing on, strategies and supporting activities related to culture. Culture is a threefold definition that includes artifacts; espoused values and beliefs; and underlying assumptions, which are essentially a common set of behaviors, plus the underlying mindsets that shape how people work and interact day-to-day. As part of his/her responsibilities, the Culture Specialist works to align, support, excite and engage employees, ultimately helping develop them Anderson-DuBose brand ambassadors.
