About The Position
The Wellness Specialist will provide day-to-day support for SelectQuote's associate wellness programs, with a focus on driving engagement in the SQuare, our reward and recognition program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting overall employee health and wellbeing, including physical, mental, and financial wellness while fostering an inclusive culture that supports associate engagement and diversity. This position requires collaboration with internal and external business partners to deliver effective culture and wellness programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
