About The Position

You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as an Intern at Centene. During this 12-week program, you'll learn more about Centene and how we're transforming the health of the community, one person at a time. Position Purpose: Support the Culture team in development of a new Culture Champions program—an initiative designed to engage individual contributors in actively living our values and behaviors. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about organizational culture and transformation, naturally curious, adaptable, and interested in (or experienced with) project-based work. Our work is fluid and dynamic, and priorities may evolve as we learn and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to grow alongside the program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.
