Involves developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations, and to ensure a safe and sustainable workplace. Safeguards and ensures NYPA meets its regulatory obligations and requirements as it pertains to a wide variety of cultural resources issues. Obligations include archeology, historic architecture, historic preservation, and construction practices. Ensures the Authority remains in compliance and good standing with National, State, Local Historic Preservation Groups and Native American Nations.
