Our specially trained staff works hand-in-hand with physicians to provide the right products and the correct dosage to ensure patients get the compassionate care they need.
Responsibilities
- Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors.
- Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform.
- Netting and Trellis flower plants.
- Loading plants and placing emitters.
- Tucking and spreading plants as directed.
- Pruning and defoliating plants.
- Proper Use of PPE in accordance with company guidelines.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once plant maintenance is completed.
- Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room tools and equipment upon use.
- Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Punctual.
- Cultivation experience preferred.
