About The Position
The Cultivation Technician operates under the direction of the cultivation leadership team and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation including general labor, vegetative, flowering, mother & propagation, R&D, indoor, horticulture and may assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth. This is a 'hands on,' entry level role in the cultivation process. Parallel is one of the largest multi-state cannabis companies in the United States, owning and operating in three markets; Florida (Surterra Wellness), Massachusetts (NETA), and Texas (Goodblend).
