About The Position
As a Cultivation Technician at Point Management / Shangri-La, you will play a vital role in supporting daily cultivation activities and ensuring the production of high-quality cannabis. This hands-on, fast-paced position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and state regulations. Under the guidance of the Cultivation Manager, you'll engage in a variety of plant care tasks, including watering, pruning, and canopy management across all growth stages, from cloning to harvest. Your responsibilities will also extend to monitoring plant health, assisting with harvesting and post-harvest processes, and maintaining compliance with documentation and sanitation protocols. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team, you will help maintain production schedules while fostering an environment of innovation and integrity.
