About The Position
The Cultivation Technician - Trim is responsible for a variety of different tasks that prepare the product for the next phase of processing. This position will be responsible for effectively communicating with the Trim Supervisors, and fellow team members to achieve all daily tasks. The focus of the Trim Technician is to meet daily productivity goals, and ensure a quality product while maintaining all compliance requirements. The Trim Technician is expected to follow all standard operating procedures, take direction from supervisors and management, as well as operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
