About The Position
The Cultivation Technician-II will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of plants from seed to harvest. This position is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of cultivation equipment and tools. Building upon the foundational skills of a Cultivation Technician I, this position requires a higher level of expertise and autonomy in plant care, cultivation techniques, and operational responsibilities. The Cultivation Technician II will also participate in the training and development of cultivation staff ensuring safety and security protocols, regulatory standards and company policies and procedures are followed.
