About The Position

Temescal Wellness operates state of the art medical cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in New Hampshire. We are seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• High-energy, enthusiasm & the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• At least 21 years of age
• No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
• Can physically lift up to, not exceeding, 50lbs
• Ability to complete multiple projects with excellent follow-through
• 6+ months greenhouse/horticulture/agriculture experience
• Ability to work in high temperatures and humidities found in cultivation rooms

Responsibilities

• Vegetative room work: transplanting clones, pruning and room cleaning
• Flower room work: defoliating, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning
• Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Loading and unloading materials, supplies and waste
• Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules
• Driving our positive, respectful and passionate company culture
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
