About The Position

The Cultivation Technician provides manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. This role involves physical, repetitive agricultural work, following directions and taking instructions from supervisors. The technician will be responsible for watering and treating plants, filling pots with soil, and pruning plants.

Requirements

• Highly motivated.

• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Punctual.
• Cultivation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors.
• Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform.
• Watering/treating plants.
• Filling pots with soil.
• Pruning plants.
