About The Position

We're looking for a Cultivation Technician 1 to join our Flower Team within the Cultivation department. This is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM starting at $19/hr. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Cultivation Technician 1, you'll play an important role in supporting daily operations and keeping our cultivation environment running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include a variety of essential tasks such as cleaning, transplanting, trellising, pruning, harvesting, trimming, and plant propagation. You'll also assist with irrigation and fertigation, fill nutrient stock tanks, process plant waste, and apply biological controls and pesticides in accordance with company and state regulations. Conducting daily room checks and monitoring plant health will be key parts of your role, with any concerns promptly communicated to your supervisors. Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace-and reporting any equipment issues-will be critical to your success. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR While prior cannabis experience isn't required, strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures are essential. This role involves working in hot, humid conditions and performing physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safely using ladders.
