About The Position

This position operates under the direction of the Cultivation Supervisor and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation including general labor, propagation, vegetative, flowering and may assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth. Requirements

  • Age 21 or over.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a cultivation environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and various days of the week including potential 10-hour shifts and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions unsupervised and concentrate on each task.
  • Ability to understand and communicate information is essential.
  • Accurate data-entry and record keeping, both hard copy and digitally.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Experience in Indoor Cannabis Cultivation.
  • Knowledge of Irrigation Strategy.
  • Understanding of Plant Health.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and supervise all plant inventory, labor, and materials needed for production.
  • Effectively manage all plant work tasks and scheduling in accordance with the Production Schedule.
  • Oversee new associate training.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all scheduled plant tasks.
  • Coordinate weekly Restock of Flower rooms as well as Nursery Reset.
  • Manage crop steering initiatives: Irrigation, lighting, CO2, environments, and plant work tasks.
  • Responsible for the production and delivery of Premium Whole Flower.
  • Maintain and monitor all plant growth data.
  • Lead daily shift meetings.
  • Perform routine daily work responsibilities to ensure production, sanitation, inventory control and general labor support as required.
  • Conduct growing inspections and inventory activities.
