About The Position
As a Cultivation Custodian, you will play a vital role in sustaining a pristine cultivation department through meticulous cleaning of equipment, floors, and other key areas in the grow. You will champion safety and compliance by adhering to strict safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your responsibilities will include managing sanitation, monitoring supplies, and assisting with basic maintenance in the grow. Collaboration with management and facility leadership will be essential to ensure that standards are maintained.
