Cultivation Associate Our Cultivation Associate is an entry-level position. This position is primarily responsible for providing care and support for plant cultivation in accordance with our policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Your role in caring for our plants: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform general cleaning duties in and around the facility including cleaning trays, containers, drainage systems, and fertigation systems Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP's) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties Participate in all the grow tasks including cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, sachet hanging, inventory management, day tank adjustments and sanitizing rooms for reset. Maintain up to date accurate data logs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Completes duties on time and willingness to accept additional job duties and responsibilities. Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers. Work closely with other grow team members and the Cultivation Department Head on a daily basis. Follow all building IPM protocols.
