About The Position
The Cultivation Agent at Cresco Labs is responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant health and quality control. This role involves daily plant care tasks such as watering, pruning, harvesting, and maintaining cleanliness in the cultivation facility. The Cultivation Agent will work under the guidance of the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor plant production and adhere to regulatory standards.
