Culinary Travel Cook
About The Position
Travel Our of State. $20 per hour plus OT. We pay all travel. We Pay for Travel and one to two meals per day. You will travel in 10 week rotations. Culinary Cook Job Duties. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Help with catering events and special functions as needed - Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment - Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
Requirements
- 2 Years Line Cook Experience
- Ability to Travel Out of State
