The Culinary Technician is a full-time, non-exempt position located on the College’s Pensacola Campus. This position maintains the College's kitchen laboratory including ordering, receiving, and issuing supplies for the culinary management program and other courses or events using the laboratory; processing correspondence and forms for instructional personnel; maintaining the kitchen and storerooms within guidelines of the State of Florida Department of Public Health; preparing and arranging work order requests for building maintenance, warranty information, and other reports and forms; confirming and verifying receipts and revenue for public meal service; and delivering revenue to the College’s Cashier’s office. Reports to the Department Head, Applied Technology and Professional Services.
