About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Culinary Team Members for the 2026 baseball season at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to follow directions well
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift to 30 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with flat top grills, deep fryers, and other cooking equipment is preferred for all cooking roles

Responsibilities

• Follow assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and adhering to sanitation guidelines
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Work cooperatively with team members and management
• Follow the supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures
