The Floating Culinary Support Specialist will report to the Regional Culinary Director as well as the Vice President of Operations. The Culinary Support Specialist can assist with planning, organizing and providing the residents with the highest quality program while serving nutritious and well plated meals. CSS will prepare and service the meals at the specific mealtime. Assist with receiving and rotating of products. Must be able to assist the community in region designated, at any time, and able to travel to community in need.
