As a Culinary Supervisor at The Scarlet Hotel, you’ll lead the kitchen food service operations and collaborate with an amazing team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone with a true passion for food, exceptional leadership skills, and the creativity to bring new ideas to life. In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to kitchen leadership — overseeing and coordinating culinary staff, ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest standards, and managing inventory and food costs. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and implement new menu items, train and mentor team members, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. Your leadership will directly influence team speed, accuracy, organization, cleanliness, and overall kitchen health. Requirements

  • 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Six months to one year in a supervisory position
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
