About The Position
Hotel Emma is seeking passionate, service-driven candidates for the position of Culinary Steward. The purpose of the position of kitchen steward is to serve wash dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist the team with kitchen operations.
Requirements
- The position requires effective communication with departments and teams.
- Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulate the Hotel Emma culture.
- Three to six months related experience and or training.
- Minimum knowledge, previous experience not required
- Flexible schedule required, to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Operate all kitchen cleaning equipment
- Wash dishes and glassware, by hand if necessary
- Restock all supplies
- Keep kitchen area clean and free of debris and water.
- Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner
- Remove trash and all debris from the restaurant routinely
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary
