POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a reliable, team-oriented Dining Services Team Member who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and supporting others. This role is essential to ensuring our kitchen and dining areas are consistently stocked, organized, and welcoming for employees. Success in this role means being someone your team can count on every day arriving prepared, following through on responsibilities, and stepping in to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic culinary preparation, and food safety standards.

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to: Lift up to 50 pounds (waist-high) Stand for 60% or more of an 8-hour shift Walk for up to 40% of an 8-hour shift Bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead as needed Perform repetitive hand movements (grasping and fine manipulation) Maintain sensory awareness (vision, hearing, etc.) within normal range

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a high-volume food service or restaurant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Dependably complete all opening duties each morning to ensure the dining area is ready for service.
  • Maintain consistent stocking of the dining room and Agora Caf with condiments, paper goods, and food items.
  • Assisting in daily food preparation
  • Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and caf offerings daily with attention to quality and presentation.
  • Routinely restock coffee and supplies on patient floorsensuring no gaps in service.
  • Serve as a reliable backup to dishwashing operations as needed to support team flow.
  • Support catering and special organizational events with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Communicate proactively with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
