About The Position
Responsible for the preparation of high quality, palatable and appetizing food for patient/resident and non‐Patient meals. Prepares, portions, and serves food based on food production specifications and in accordance with standardized recipes. Complies with all regulatory requirements including State DOH Long Term Care and JCAHO Standards.
