The Culinary Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community dining program, including menu development, food preparation oversight, food safety, dietary compliance, ordering, inventory, budgeting, kitchen sanitation, staffing of Culinary Assistants, and resident satisfaction. This role ensures meals are nutritious, appealing, and served in accordance with state regulations and resident needs.
