About The Position

The Culinary Services Concierge is responsible for completing daily administrative duties and coordinating reservations for all TSG Culinary Services outlets and functions. This role supports the overall guest experience by managing inquiries, bookings, and communication with various stakeholders, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in small group situations.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations with American money and measurements.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving concrete variables.
  • Knowledge of Explorer, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of The Town of Mountain Village and The Town of Telluride.

Responsibilities

  • Answers phone calls regarding all TSG Culinary Services outlets and fields questions related to dinners.
  • Books reservations for all TSG Culinary Services outlets and functions using Open Table software.
  • Collects credit card information for secure entry into the Open Table Credit Card vault.
  • Communicates special needs and requests to the General Managers of TSG Culinary Services outlets.
  • Confirms cover counts with General Managers of TSG Culinary Services outlets.
  • Regularly communicates via email with concierges to encourage dinner reservations, including menus and pricing.
  • Fields questions related to special events and directs information to the TSG Events Manager.
  • Responds positively and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Retrieves messages from voicemail and forwards them to appropriate personnel or makes calls personally.
  • Answers questions about the organization and provides visitors with directions and other information.
  • Assists the front door team during peak seating times.
  • Updates TSG Member information in Open Table.
  • Provides administrative support to the management team as needed, including correspondence and data input.
  • Handles special projects as directed and assigned.
  • Delivers a guest experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Promotes and commits to recycling initiatives.
  • Adheres to Telluride Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
