The Culinary Rep provides Culinary and Dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care. This role ensures a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment with an unparalleled level of customer service to ensure all Patients, Caregivers, Stakeholders, and guests have a positive experience at our facility.

Requirements

  • Must be flexible to work 5 days a week- days may vary week to week
  • Must be available between 6:00AM-6:30PM
  • Must be available on weekends and Holidays as needed
  • Currently dated Food Handler’s Permit from County/State Health Department in which you reside if required by the state (Required in AZ)
  • Certification from an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) food handler training accredited program or obtained within 30 days of employment (Required in IL)

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage/Hospitality/High-volume hospital cafeteria setting, preferred
  • ServeSafe preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide Culinary and Dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care
  • Ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment
  • Provide an unparalleled level of customer service to ensure all Patients, Caregivers, Stakeholders, and guests have a positive experience at the facility
  • Responsible for all cash transactions for all food items
  • Responsible for the maintaining and set-up of serving and dining area
