Your Opportunity, Your Team The Culinary Provisions Supervisor supports QVC and HSN, and you will be responsible for managing the culinary department operations, including product workflow, inventory control and storage, prep kitchen maintenance, invoice management and vendor billing. You will manage the Culinary Provisions Associates and Culinary Provisions Coordinators and are responsible for their development. You will interact with both internal and external contacts and make decisions that impact the culinary business. Must be well versed in communicating with Culinary Stylists, Kitchen Leads, vendors, guests, and various levels of management to ensure a high standard is met. You will report to the Senior Manager of Culinary Style. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA headquarters daily. Based on business need, there may occasionally be flexibility. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. The schedule for is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. What You'll Do You will purchase all food, culinary equipment, props, and supplies, including vendor and proprietary needs. You will be responsible for ordering office supplies, tracking departmental purchasing, coding corporate card purchases and logging of corporate card receipts, handling all COUPA notifications and keeping track of food cost for TSV and Vendor airings. You will track and coordinate monthly vendor SAP billing for QVC and HSN. You will manage Culinary Provisions Coordinators to coordinate composting program, and ensure donation of all extra samples left over from on air sells to our Partners in Giving charities. You will manage Culinary Provision Coordinators to maintain and organize kitchen inventory in multiple storage spaces, including NQS, Salon, Docks 4/5 and E/F. You will annually develop PO's for all department vendors through COUPA. You will store and inventory all proprietary and vendor samples that are paying for storage, and manage the return of PAF product samples to vendors after on-air use You will manage Culinary Provisions Associates to request and receive all content photo shoot samples and store them accordingly and coordinate the receiving of all culinary product samples for on-air demo or tasting, and create and update Culinary Game Plan and Forecaster. Manage the Culinary Provision Associates and Coordinators' schedules and assignments, write and administer performance reviews and will have regular 1:1s with direct reports. You will hire and train Provisions Associates and Coordinators, and participates in hiring of Culinary Kitchen Leads, Stylists and Kitchen Utility team members. You will manage the testing of all studio kitchen equipment, prep kitchen equipment and submit a weekly kitchen Equipment Report on condition and maintenance. You will work in unison with the Senior Manager in the Maintenance and upkeep of the Culinary Department equipment You will work with outside services to schedule service or repair of kitchen equipment when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Kitchen Operations/provision experience, and Culinary Styling experience is valuable.
  • Bachelor's/University Degree, or equivalent work experience, Culinary degree valuable.
  • Knowledge of a inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of a commercial kitchen environment
