About The Position

Working as a Production Manager for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! The purpose of this job is to oversee production specific culinary functions for an assigned area within an account. You may manage a team of associates focusing on culinary and production standards, purchasing, inventory, food cost, safety and sanitation.

Requirements

  • Clinical feeding facility experience

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Desire to work with an industry leader
  • Catering experience is essential
  • Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Manages cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates nutritious, flavored menus
  • Purchases goods and manages inventory
  • Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams
